Mike Leah Wins the WPT Falls View Poker Classic Trophy for the Fourth Time

Canada’s pro Mike Leah has become the owner of the World Poker Tour title, winning the WPT Falls View Poker Classic Main Event, which ended in the casino “Niagara Falls” (Ontario, Canada).

There were 517 participants in the tournament with a buy-in of C$4,700 + C$300. Mike started the final draw with the 2nd stack, yielding 18 big blinds to America’s Carlos Chadha. However, at the final stage of the final draw, Leah met with fellow countryman Ryan Yu, who was an outsider at the beginning of the finals with 24 bb in his last stack.

By knocking out the final opponent, Mike Leah completed his performance with a payment of $359,342. However, the most interesting fact is that this Mike’s victory was the fourth in the WPT Falls View Poker Classic. In 2014, 2016, and 2017, Leah managed to win C$1,000 + C$100 No Limit Hold’em tournaments.
